200 g raisins, 40 g sugar, 100 g water.
Bring to a boil the ingredients in the saucepan and reduce to simmer. Simmer until fruits are softened quite a bit.
Pass the contents of the saucepan through a rice mill or sieve. Or, use a wand blender to emulsify the ingredients until smooth in consistency.
Yield is 300 g (about 2/3 lbs).
